On request by the Advertising Manager, the advertiser should be able to provide:
A disc or an e-mailed layout setting out what it requires for the advertisement, which includes;
·    High resolution Gif or Jpg format of the layout to be used;
·    Colours to be used – cmyk or RGB colours;
·    No more than fifty (50) words describing the product or services;
·    Contact details;
·    Website address.
